Our madeleines, financiers, tea cakes, sablés, French hearts and other cookies

Nothing better than a French sablé or madeleine eaten out of the oven, however you can keep enjoying them for a week if stored in a good way. To preserve their texture, we advise you to keep them at room temperature in an air-tight box or covered with a hermetic wrap. No storage in fridge or freezer as it would disturb the humidity level of the products and yet their texture.

Our classic & sourdough breads

The best way to enjoy our breads is to consume them the day of your order, which would also be the date of their fabrication as all of them are baked and prepared fresh in the morning at our bakery.
Since our breads are made with natural ingredients carefully sourced and totally free of preservatives, to store them and preserve their texture, keep them in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. You can for instance place your bread in an air-tight box or covered with a hermetic wrap. This conservation will be valid for up to five days under refrigerated conditions and you can refer to your bread “shelf-life card” in case of doubt. Please note that if you wish to keep your breads for a much longer duration, you can also slice them and freeze them inside a freezing bag. That way, you can keep your bread in the freezer for three months. To serve them after freezing, you just need to take them out from your freezer and let them come back at room temperature. If you’re in a hurry, toasting a slice of your frozen bread is also possible!
